Item Information:
This items power increases as the love between Ciodaru and Kathryn grows.

The quests Ciodaru sets you start with just running to talk to his beloved, the dryad Kathryn. You then proceed through making numerous things for him to give her, with occasional breaks to defend her from attacks. According to some reports, this may be very difficult to accomplish by the required or even recommended level, and can have unpleasant faction consequences, so proceed with care.

Part of each of these tasks is the looting of the ingredients. For this reason, you can't stock up on the ingredients in advance or buy them in the Bazaar, unless you fail a combine and are making another attempt. If your skill is not high enough or you want to be absolutely safe, the npcs you speak with to start each step also offer to do the combines for you for a fee of 10 plat.

We still need to know exactly when you are given the Glowing Green Silver Earring of Dragoste.

Ciodaru's Love

The Tuffein Thug spawns just around the corner from Kathryn. Some of the npcs may assist you, in which case you have to get the kill shot in order to get credit for completing the task. If you don't get the kill shot, you'll have to drop the task and get it again. Exact level of the Thug is unknown but it appears to be around the 28-35 level range on the earring. Likewise for the other attacks in the rest of the tasks.
