This is one of many youngling armor quests. It should result in armor that is lore (other than bracer) no trade, and is Barbarian Warrior only (often abbreviated as BAR/WAR). The graphic for the armor is untinted plate. Please note that while the bracers are not lore, the bracer materials often are, so make your first bracer before you do the combine to get the material for a second one. The final reward for the quest is a weapon to go along with your new set of armor. Below the quest walk-through is a shopping list of ingredients you will need to collect to obtain a full set of armor. Item stats for the final pieces are below the shopping list at the bottom of the page.

This quest starts with Rollian Galothar in Halas @ 525.5, -420.5, In the Pit of Doom.

Rollian Galothar says 'Are you a young warrior here for [training]? If not, I do not have time to chat.'

You say, 'What training.'

Rollian Galothar says 'Very good. With my instruction you will craft a set of [armor] that if crafted well, should serve you well for some time to come.'

You say, 'What armor ?'

Rollian Galothar says 'I will give you instructions to make your first set of armor. Just keep in mind that I don't tolerate those that are lazy! Once you start something, you should always finish it! With that said, take this Northern Wolves Plate Assembly Kit. You will use it to create the various parts of your armor such as [helm], [bracers], [armplates], [boots], [legplates], [gauntlets], and [breastplate]. When you combine components in your kit, make sure they are un-stacked. Let me know what piece you wish to craft and I will give you instructions.'
