EQ Traders Corner
   
Several tinkered items have charges that are used up with use. These are the recipes for those that can be recharged. The recharging recipes can be done by anyone of any race and will never fail. They can also be done when the item has any number of charges; they don't have to be done when the item is completely out of charges, although that is, of course, the most efficient.
