Aspiring master fletchers rejoice! As of this writing (December 17, 2012) I am happy to report that Animal Fearbones, Tainted Feathers and Fractured Shards appear to be VERY common drops in Rain of Fear zones. I have also experienced a fairly high drop rate on Goral Fins when fighting gorals in these zones. That means that you can use the arrow recipes from both Rain of Fear and Veil of Alaris to make reasonable, cheap progress towards becoming a Master Fletcher with your very own Fletcher's Arrow if you are so inclined. I have personally found many of these ingredients in vendors' inventory for resale and buyers in the bazaar can offer 3-5pp per and get all to their hearts content on the shards and the fearbones. Because Tainted Feathers are used in both recipes so they are a little more in demand, but they are regular drops from animal based models in Rain of Fear zones.
